Return Policy
- Original receipt is required for all returns.
- Special Orders cannot be returned.
- Returns can be made within 60 days of original purchase.
- Stock items can be returned if in saleable condition. (Determined by salesperson)
- Stock items can be returned if in original packaging. ( No broken bundles)
- Handling or fuel charges may be incurred on returns.
- If customer requests that Kelly-Fradet pick up the material, additional charges will apply.
- Credit can only be given in the form that it was received and to the original purchaser;
i.e. cash, check, original credit card, or original house account. - Large cash refunds may be issued by check within 1-5 days.
